Appellant Curtis Keith Holt pled nolo contendere to the charge of sexual misconduct and received a suspended imposition of sentence. Eleven months later, he filed a motion in arrest of judgment. It is from the trial court's order denying his motion that appellant brings this appeal. We affirm.
