I. The Defendant's Motions

Defendant Ismael Genao, proceeding pro se, moves to (1) disqualify the Court from the case including post-conviction motions and sentencing under 28 U.S.C. § 455 and (2) have the Court reconsider its denial of Defendant's motion to suppress all evidence from search warrant 03 Mag. 744.
