ROGERS POTATO SERVICE, L.L.C., Petitioner, v. COUNTRYWIDE POTATO, L.L.C.; Ray Corey and Jane Doe Corey, husband and wife, Respondents.

Supreme Court of Washington, En Banc.

September 16, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John Graham Schultz, George Fearing, Leavy Schultz Davis & Fearing PS, Kennewick, for Petitioner.

Lewis William Card, Wenatchee, for Respondents.

PER CURIAM.

We consider here whether the evidence adduced at trial supports the judgment in this action for breach of contract and breach of warranties. Because circumstantial evidence is as acceptable as direct evidence, we conclude the expert testimony presented by the plaintiff is sufficient to support the judgment. We reverse the Court of Appeals.
