OPINION
JOHNSON, Presiding Judge:
¶ 1 Appellant, Victor Cornell Miller, was tried by a jury and convicted of two counts of First Degree Murder (Counts 1 and 2), by malice aforethought, or alternatively, felony/murder, in violation of 21 O.S.1991, § 701.7(A) and (B), in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF 1999-4583.
