This action arises out of an employment dispute between Credit Suisse First Boston and affiliated entities (collectively "CSFB" or plaintiffs) and defendants Jorge David Gonzalez Padilla ("Gonzalez") and Francisco Isaac Cueto Salmona ("Cueto"), both of whom are citizens and residents of Mexico and former CSFB employees.
