James R. Worm appeals his sentence for attempted first degree sexual assault on a child and the district court's finding that he was subject to the amended provisions of Nebraska's Sex Offender Registration Act (Act), Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 29-4001 to 29-4013 (Cum.Supp.2002).
