This case is before us pursuant to a stipulation between the parties, Attorney Mark E. Converse, and the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR). The stipulation recited that Attorney Converse filed an answer to the OLR's complaint in which he admitted every allegation contained therein. The stipulation further provided that Attorney Converse was willing to stipulate to entry of an order by the referee making findings of fact and conclusions of law...
