Defendant pleaded guilty to the entire indictment charging him with the crimes of robbery in the first degree and criminal use of a firearm in the first degree for his active participation in a May 11, 2000 armed bank robbery. No promises were made concerning sentencing. Defendant was subsequently sentenced as a second felony offender to concurrent prison terms of 20 years on each count, followed by five years of postrelease supervision.
