Appellants Tyson Foods, Inc., and The Pork Group, Inc., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tyson, appeal the order of the Pope County Circuit Court finding that an arbitration agreement in contracts they executed with Appellees, who are hog farmers, lacks mutuality of obligation and, thus, is unenforceable.
