Millet Harrison, Jr. brings this appeal from an order extending inpatient mental health services for another twelve months. Harrison was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity on October 21, 1994. See Act of May 25, 1983, 68th Leg., R.S., ch. 454, § 2, 1983 Tex. Gen.
