Jimmy Lawrence Shue (defendant) appeals from judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding defendant guilty of taking indecent liberties with a child and second degree kidnapping. Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for twenty-five to thirty-nine months for second degree kidnapping of a five-year-old child and a consecutive term of sixteen to twenty months for taking indecent liberties with an eight-year-old child.
