Before the Court is Debtor's Motion (1) for Reconsideration of Opinion and Order dated January 9, 2004 ("Reconsideration Motion") and (2) to Transfer Case to Another District ("Transfer Motion") and the objections of Decision One Mortgage Company ("Decision One") to both motions. After notice and hearing, I find no basis to reconsider my January 9 ruling which held that the Chapter 13 case should be dismissed...
