MEMORANDUM OPINION

FELIPE REYNA, Justice.

Michael Whitfield was convicted of misdemeanor theft and sentenced to 180 days in jail. Whitfield complains that (1) his right to a speedy trial was violated, and (2) the trial court erred by preventing the cross-examination of the prosecutor. We affirm.
