Noble L. Morton has been charged in a two-count indictment with aggravated sexual abuse of a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c) and abusive sexual contact with a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2244(a)(1) & (c). The Government alleges that Morton committed these crimes in Landstuhl, Germany while working in a civilian capacity for the U.S. Air Force and while visiting a U.S. Government...
