Ezra Donnell appeals convictions for arson and retaliation. The appellant entered open pleas of guilty. In Cause No. 24,045 (Appeal No. 09-04-178 CR), the trial court sentenced Donnell to thirty-five years of confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Correctional Institutions Division.
