¶ 1 Third-party plaintiffs, Shar's Cars, L.L.C., (Shar's Cars) and Jeffrey Birschbach (collectively Plaintiffs), appeal a judgment entered in their favor against third-party defendant Deloy Elder in the amount of $22,500.
