JOHNSON, J., delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

Appellant was convicted of aggravated kidnapping and capital murder. The jury sentenced him to twenty-eight years' confinement for the aggravated kidnapping, and life imprisonment for the capital murder,1 in which the aggravating factor was kidnapping.
