On 11 July 2002, defendant Kristina C. Riley pled guilty to six counts of embezzlement. The court imposed a sentence of six months minimum and eight months maximum on each of the six counts to run consecutively, but suspended the sentence and placed defendant on supervised probation for sixty months.
