BENHAM, Justice.

Anthony Lamar Freeman was convicted of malice murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.1 Witnesses testified Freeman approached the car in which Albert Hyman was sitting, confronted Hyman about an alleged threat, then fired a weapon into the car repeatedly. Hyman was shot four times and died of those wounds.
