Appellant, Mark Cambiano, brings an original action to challenge the decision of the Board of Law Examiners in denying his application to be readmitted to the bar under § 24 of the Procedures of the Arkansas Supreme Court Regulating Professional Conduct of Attorneys at Law ("Procedures"). We affirm the decision of the Board because the five-year waiting period applies, and having been disbarred on August 9, 2000, five years has not passed...
