Opinion by Justice BAIRD (Assigned).

Appellant was charged in a three count indictment with the offenses of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and indecency with a child. The indictment further alleged a prior felony conviction for the purpose of enhancing the range of punishment. Appellant pled guilty to indecency with a child, enhanced, and the prosecutor agreed not to adjudicate the assault...
