Opinion by Justice ROSS.

Glen Allen Bethany, Jr., was convicted of capital murder by a Marion County jury. The State waived the death penalty, and Bethany was sentenced to life in prison. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 12.31(a) (Vernon 2003). On appeal, Bethany complains that (1) the trial court erred by submitting a single application paragraph charging the jury in the disjunctive on two methods of committing capital murder, and (2) the evidence...
