OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 The trial court granted Exclusive Cars, Inc. (Exclusive Cars) and Floyd Maestas's motion for summary judgment on Wesley L. Larsen's fraudulent misrepresentation claim. We reverse.
