In this legal malpractice action, plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting defendant summary disposition. We affirm.

Defendant represented plaintiff in litigation against several individuals and entities in an attempt to recover costs paid by plaintiff to clean up environmental contamination on a property plaintiff purchased from J & S Group, Inc.
