NATURE OF CASE

Michael Howard Marcovitz appeals from an order dissolving his marriage with Mary Patricia Rogers. The district court for Dodge County awarded custody of the parties' four minor children to Rogers and ordered Marcovitz to pay child support. The court also ordered a division of property and declined to award Marcovitz alimony.
