[¶ 1] Ryan Mitzel is appealing from a South Central Judicial District Court criminal judgment and conviction upon a conditional plea of guilty for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
