WILKINSON, Circuit Judge:

In April 1998, the United States Customs Service learned of a large-scale counterfeit clothing operation run by William H. Farmer, and it obtained a warrant to search Farmer's residence. Evidence at Farmer's home confirmed that Farmer was purchasing blank t-shirts and sweatshirts manufactured for companies...
