On April 28, 2003, Jahneria Singletary pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute five grams or more of crack cocaine. She now appeals her sentence, as well as the district court's ruling on a motion in limine made prior to her guilty plea. For the reasons stated herein, we remand the case for resentencing.
