Joseph Lombard appeals the judgment entered upon a jury verdict that he was still a sexually violent person under ch. 980 and the order denying his petition for discharge. He contends the court erred in refusing to give an instruction on the effect of a discharge in response to the jury's inquiry and in responding with insufficient specificity to the jury's inquiry about an inappropriate telephone...
