According to Ms. Johnnie Brown, the plaintiff-appellant, her husband has a problem with gambling. The Browns live in Cincinnati, Ohio, which is approximately twenty minutes from the defendant-appellee's casino, the Argosy Casino, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Brown alleges that for the last several years, her husband has gambled at the casino six to seven days a week, losing between $15,000 and $20,000 per year for the last four years...
