OPINION

MEYERS, J., delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

Appellant was found guilty of possession with intent to deliver cocaine weighing more than 4 grams and less than 200 grams, and PCP weighing at least 400 grams. The jury found that Appellant had used a deadly weapon, a firearm, during the commission of each offense and sentenced Appellant to 50 years imprisonment for the cocaine offense and...
