In this case alleging retaliatory discharge, defendant Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) appeals by leave granted from the circuit court order denying in part defendant's motion for summary disposition. Plaintiff David Aho cross-appeals from the circuit court's denial of his motion for summary disposition in the same order. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
