Francisco Martinez-Najarro (Martinez) appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Court review panel which affirmed an order of a trial judge of the Workers' Compensation Court. The trial judge awarded Martinez compensation for a 5-percent loss of earning power due to an injury Martinez sustained in a work-related accident in 1999. Martinez was restricted to lifting no more than 30 pounds after the accident in 1999...
