The Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (board) revoked petitioner's parole because he allegedly violated two conditions: He was found in possession of a hunting knife contrary to the condition that he was not to possess "weapons," and he went to a middle school in violation of the condition that he was not to "frequent any place where minors are likely to congregate."
