A jury convicted appellant Steven Charles Landrum of theft and sentenced him to 15 years confinement. By one point of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in overruling his objection to the admission of business records via a custodian of records affidavit because the State did not strictly comply with the filing deadlines prescribed by the Rules of Evidence...
