Joseph K. Johnston pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of destructive devices in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5841, 5861(d), and 5871. The district court1 imposed concurrent sentences of forty-six months' imprisonment and three years' supervised release on each count.
