Daniel and Christine Contardi appeal the circuit court's June 20, 2003 "Decision and Order," which granted American Family Mutual Insurance Company's (American Family's) motion for summary judgment. The appeal was not filed within the time period allowed by law. See WIS. STAT. § 808.04(1) (2001-02).2 American Family argues that the appeal must therefore be dismissed...
