Nicholas Karellas (husband) appeals from an order of a single justice of this court who, upon review of a Probate and Family Court judge's order made pursuant to G. L. c. 231, § 6F, awarded penalty interest at the rate of eighteen per cent on monetary awards due to Stacy Karellas (wife) under the parties' divorce judgment.
