Plaintiff EMI Music Marketing ("EMI") has submitted five motions in limine in advance of the upcoming trial on defendant Avatar Records, Inc.'s (Avatar) breach of contract counterclaims. The Court has previously addressed many of the facts and issues involved in this case in its decision granting in part and denying in part EMI's motion for summary judgment ("EMI I") and will not reiterate them here...
