This guardianship case, involving an attorney's fees issue, was certified to us by the court of appeals under Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(5); however, we accept the appeal pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(b). We reverse and remand the case for further proceedings.
