This is a direct criminal appeal from a perjury conviction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1623. Ryan Lee appeals his conviction on the basis of: (1) insufficiency of the evidence; (2) the denial of a motion to dismiss the indictment; (3) the court's evidentiary rulings; and (4) the denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal.
