Relator Richard H. Alsenz petitions for a writ of mandamus, asking this court to set aside the trial court's May 26, 2004 turnover order in the underlying cause, In the Matter of the Marriage of Richard Herman Alsenz and Marjorie Sue Alsenz, No.2000-28446 (310th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.). We conclude that the trial court improperly ordered the turnover of funds from a supersedeas bond that our court had ordered released...
