Kim Barksdale appeals an order dismissing his certiorari petition. He claims the circuit court erred in concluding that, under the doctrine of claim preclusion, the present action was precluded by a state court judgment entered in Tennessee. We conclude that the circuit court correctly determined that the Tennessee judgment bars Barksdale's current claims. Accordingly, we affirm the appealed order...
