Upon being indicted for possession of a firearm by a person under indictment for a felony, in contravention of 18 U.S.C. § 922(n), Appellant Curtis L. Williams entered a conditional plea of guilty, reserving his right to appeal the magistrate judge's denial of his motion to suppress the firearm and statements made at the time of his arrest.
