{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Paramjit Singh, appeals from the conviction and sentence entered in the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court after a jury convicted him of aggravated drug possession. The issues presented include (1) whether the indictment contained all the essential elements of the crime; (2) whether the defense attorney should have sought, and the court should have held, a hearing on the reliability of expert drug testing...
