The defendant, Lonny Andrews, was convicted on 27 counts of a 28-count indictment that charged him with the production, receipt, and possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § § 2251(b), 2252(a)(2), and 2252(a)(4)(B) respectively.
