Insureds under multiple peril crop insurance policies appeal from adverse ruling by the jury regarding a breach of contract claim against its insurers and from an adverse ruling by the district court on their motion to amend the pleadings. The insurers cross-appeal from the district court's entry of judgment in favor of the insureds on the insurers' counterclaim. We affirm on the appeal and reverse on the cross-appeal.
