The district court issued a permanent injunction prohibiting Raymond and Mary Jane Diaz from installing a manufactured home on their lot in the Calvada Valley subdivision. The Diaz family appeals. The principal issue on appeal is whether the subdivision's Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC & Rs) prohibit installation of manufactured homes on lots designated for single-family residences.
