The defendants, Franconia Investment Associates, L.P. and C.B. Construction Co., Inc., appeal the order of the Superior Court (Mohl, J.) ruling that they breached a linen services contract with the plaintiff, General Linen Services, Inc. (General Linen), and awarding liquidated damages. We reverse in part, vacate in part and remand.
