OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

¶ 1 David Nipper (Nipper) appeals an order from the district court granting summary judgment to John H. Douglas (Douglas). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 In 1998, Nipper made arrangements with "Remember When Classic and Performance Cars" (Remember When), a consignment sales car lot, for the consignment of a 1957 Chevrolet that he owned. Douglas was at the time the general partner of Remember When. After Remember...
